Heart moments on this journey

In no particular order dear ones, feel like sharing some heart touching moments and notes on this journey, truly grateful and touched, ones the come to heart as and when, before they go fleeting away

*Sue would begin each session lighting a lamp placed in the centre with flowers around. Grateful to Madhu and Vijji from By the river to invite her often and got the opportunity to learn with Sue and everyone who came #grounding #centre #ritual

*Once during Sue’s session where she invited us to feel like a word and express it as “I am…” I felt like one word, that was moving in itself and couple of days later I was returning on a flight when suddenly my mind and heart started saying “I am … followed by another word” Teared up so much. Unexplainable #synchronicity

*A few months after a healing storytelling circle, someone called and shared how their life changed for the positive after the circle, they were able to end something that felt negative and welcome something beautiful into their lives #throughme #giftofastoryforall

*While saying Bye to the children and parents after a session, a child came up to me and expressed how she felt a motherly feeling from me #emotion

*Aae says “mula devachi phula” #childrenGodsflowers

*At a parent-child movement, story , art session, a father broke down and shared how he felt the mountain was him, the bird his wife and the seed his child who was sitting besides him. The words touched me, but more than that, him crying feels unforgettable. I wished and hoped he was okay #storyinmemeinstory

*When I asked a 10 year old child about a class in which the kids were going to present, I asked with eagerness, he responded saying you know my heart was beating so fast. It was so much in the body and so dil se, my heart went out with him. We all may view moments so differently #perspectives

*A friend mentioned she felt Tehrav as she listened to my tell a story. Perhaps it was her tehrav that mirrored in the moment. Grateful and hoping I can offer that often #Tehrav #calm

* I asked a child what’s your favourite animal, He responded with a question, Today? I said yes, He said today, it’s giraffe. How insightful and beautiful. #hereandnow #mindfulness 2025
