Tales of Bengaluru as part of Bengaluru Storytelling Festival – 2025, with Bangalore Storytelling Society with INTACH (The Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage) Bangalore Chapter at the historic Annasamy Mudaliar School.
Was such a buffet of most heartwarming Bangalore stories, was a joy to listen to all my friends and the listeners who shared their Bangalore connections.
Had many wondrous days preparing and researching stories of Bengaluru – Magic Garden – weaving it with the Kazakhstan folktale with the gardens of Bangalore, journeys of vegetables and fruits and more , The story of the Great Trigonometric Survey with the highschoolers to the story of Mysore sandalwood soap with the neuroscience of the sense of smell with the warm community of Bangalore. It was very touching when a senior gentleman shared that he had worked with Mysore Sandalwood Soap Factory and the story that emerged that day was a wonderful testament and representation of their heritage and story
